SPEED & AGILITY CLASS II
MAX DEBERARDINIS will be taking over as The Field’s Strength and Conditioning Coach – see his bio under instructors. Max will be running his second level speed and agility class starting in mid-January. Whether it is your first class with him or have just finished your first, this class is guaranteed to create the edge needed to get to YOUR NEXT LEVEL. Max has worked with former and current NFL and MLB players and has what it takes to get our athletes to the next level. Sign up for a 2day a week class or a 3day a week class.
